§ 6-15. Subordinate to development of the city.

  • No keeping of any small animals, fowl, large livestock or wild animals hereunder by any person, whether by special permit or otherwise, shall be deemed to create any property right in any person, nor to create any right which would be paramount to the general expansion or development of the city; but rather, such keeping shall at all times be subordinate to the expansion or development of the city and shall be conducted at all times with regard to the provisions herein concerning the spacing of residences and business establishments from the grounds whereon such animals or fowl are kept.
