§ 6-62. Enclosure required.

All large livestock which are kept, harbored, housed, corralled or otherwise maintained within the city limits, including, but not limited to, an agricultural zoned area, shall be securely confined within an enclosed area, which enclosure shall be adequate to prevent the escape of large livestock therefrom at all times.
