§ 6-64. Required distance from residence or business.

  • The enclosed area shall be so constructed that large livestock, while confined therein, shall not be able to approach within a distance of less than two hundred (200) feet of any building being occupied or used for the housing of any person, or from which any person conducts any lawful activity. However, if more than five (5) large livestock are contained within the enclosure, then the enclosed area must be so constructed that, while confined therein, they shall not be able to approach within a distance of less than two hundred (200) feet of any building being occupied or used for the housing of any person, or in which any person conducts any lawful activity.
