§ 8-2. Streets in cemetery vacated and closed.

All streets and avenues, or parts of streets and avenues, which are embraced within the metes and bounds of the tract or parcel of land described in section 8-1 of this chapter, are hereby vacated and closed as such streets or avenues, and the same and each and every part thereof so included in such metes and bounds are hereby declared to be and they are hereby made a constituent part of the tract of land embraced within such metes and bounds.
