§ 15-13. Bacteriological testing services.

The fee per sample of water for bacteriological testing services performed by the city health department is twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for potable water testing and thirty dollars ($30.00) for non-potable water testing and fifty dollars ($50.00) for microorganism-type testing.

Nothing in this section is intended to exempt, change or modify the terms of any governing federal or state regulations which apply to the provision of bacteriological water testing by the laboratory of the city health department.
