§ 15-18. Same—Rules and regulations.

The director may promulgate such rules and regulations as may be responsible and necessary to enforce the provisions of this article. A copy of such rules and regulations (when and if promulgated), certified as to truth and accuracy by the director, shall be filed with the city secretary who shall maintain the same as a public record available for inspection.
