§ 15-77. Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this article or failing to comply with any requirement of this article will be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00) upon conviction. Each day during or upon which such person shall violate or continue violation of any provision of this article or noncompliance with any requirement of this article shall constitute a distinct and separate offense. The violation of any provision of this article or the failure to comply with any requirement of this article shall each constitute a distinct and separate offense.
