§ 18-17. Enforcement.

The duty constituted authorities of the city, including the police department, building development services and others having the duty of enforcing the ordinances of the city, shall enforce the provisions of this article and allow no garage or yard sale to conduct his/her business without full compliance with the terms of this article.
