Citizens are encouraged to let us know if they are dissatisfied with the El Lift service, and we will be actively involved in resolving the disputed matter. They may contact us by calling the customer service center at 795-2290 to register their complaints and comments or come by our office. Members of the paratransit advisory committee are available to assist if requested.
