§ 21-108. Waiver of application requirements.

The city shall waive the requirements of sections 21-101(j) and 21-105(10) if the applicant furnishes satisfactory evidence that he attended not less than seventy (70) hours of instruction in a school within or without this state or in any foreign country that provides education substantially equal to or in excess of the educational requirements of this article.
