§ 21-109. Multiple massage establishments.

Should any massage business have more than one (1) location where the business of massage is pursued, then a license, stating both the address of the principal place of business, and the other location(s) shall be issued by the chief of police upon the tender of a license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each additional location. Licenses issued for other locations shall terminate on the same date as that of the principal place of business, regardless of the date of issuance.
