§ 26-57.2. Qualifications and standards.

The qualifications and standards of training for members of the police reserve force shall be the minimum physical, mental, educational, moral and training standards established by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Education. The police chief may prescribe additional qualifications and standards as he deems appropriate.
