§ 26-57.3. Supervision.

The police reserve force shall function under the direction and control of the chief of police, and subject to the supervision of the city manager, and also subject to such rules, regulations and orders as may be promulgated from time to time by the police chief in accordance with the authority vested in the police chief by the Charter, by this division, and by governing state laws.
