§ 32-60. Conduct of drivers.

While on duty a driver shall:
(a)

Conduct himself in a reasonable, prudent and courteous manner;

(b)

Maintain a sanitary and well-groomed appearance;

(c)

Not consume alcoholic beverages, drugs or other substances which could adversely affect his ability to drive a motor vehicle;

(d)

Comply with lawful orders of the city manager.
