§ 32-75. Lettering to be painted on taxicabs.

Every taxicab shall be painted with the following items; name of taxicab company and telephone number on the right and left front doors and the permit holder's permit number on the trunk's right rear corner. Letters and numbers will be three (3) inches in height and not less than five-sixteenth ( 5/16 ) of one (1) inch in width. The lettering must be clear, legible and in colors contrasting to the colors of the taxicab. All lettering and designs shall be kept legible at all times.
