§ 32-142. Administration and enforcement.

Responsibility for administration and enforcement of this article shall be a function of the city manager or his authorized representative(s). The city manager may by written order establish regulations not inconsistent with this article. Such regulations shall be filed with the city secretary and copies furnished to each permit holder.
