§ 32-259. Only rated number of passengers.

No driver shall permit more persons to be carried as passengers than the rated seating capacity of the commercial van as approved by the city manager, but a child under twelve (12) years of age shall not be counted as a passenger. Commercial vans shall not transport more than fifteen (15) passengers to include the driver.
