§ 5-1. Late-hour sales or service.

(a)

The city council hereby adopts the provisions of sections 105.03 and 105.05 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code, authorizing the late-hour sale or service of all alcoholic beverages within the city limits, as set out in paragraph (b) of this section.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person in the city to sell or offer for sale or serve any alcoholic beverage on Sunday at any time between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, or on any day other than Sunday at any time between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
