§ 8-23. Same—Fees charged.

(a)

Authorized. The cemetery manager shall exercise a general superintendence over the cemetery and shall collect the following fees to be paid by the persons interested.

(b)

Amounts.

(1)

Combined cost for grave services and opening:

a.

On regular time (Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.), six-foot grave for one (1) person ..... $475.00

b.

Prepare for a second interment in the same grave on regular time (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.), eight-foot grave for two (2) people ..... 775.00

c.

Grave services for a 2'×4' (baby/no tent) ..... 225.00

d.

Grave services for a 2'×5' (baby) ..... 350.00

e.

Burial of cremation remains (adult) ..... 475.00

f.

For services in baby land for burial of cremation remains on regular time (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) ..... 100.00

g.

Webb County Central Welfare—Paupers, indigents, John Does, as per interlocal agreement. (In case of no agreement the effective public fee applies.)
