§ 25-36. Same—Conditions.

The holder of a bond required by section 25-35 will comply with all laws and ordinances relating to the installation of plumbing, either upon public or private property, and will pay all damages, costs and expenses caused by him or his employees or agents, due to negligence or failure to comply with such laws and ordinances regulating excavations of streets, alleys and highways, as well as such laws and ordinances governing plumbing.
