§ 2-27. Residence of city employees.

Latest version.

(a)

New Employees. All new city employees must live inside the city within ninety (90) days of employment.

(b)

Existing Employees. All existing city employees shall be required to continue to reside inside the city unless they live outside the city as of November 29, 1982.
