§ 32-67. Display of rate card.

(a)

A holder shall provide the driver for each taxicab operating under its authority a printed card or sticker as required by the city manager containing the fares approved by the city.

(b)

While operating a taxicab for hire, a driver shall prominently and conspicuously display the rate card or sticker inside the taxicab in a manner approved by the city so that it can be easily read by passengers sitting in the taxicab.
