§ 8-6. Potters field.

The cemetery supervisor shall have mapped or platted a subdivision of the city cemetery for the burial of the indigent poor; provided that, such subdivision shall be regularly laid out, and shall keep a record of the persons buried therein so that their respective graves may be readily identified.
