§ 28-103. Three categories of permitted vending.

There shall be three (3) categories of vending under which a vendor may be authorized to sell approved goods or merchandise on public streets, sidewalks or other public places of the city. These are:

(1)

Vending under contract with a street vendor's permit in the Central Business District as set out in section 28-105.

(2)

Vending with a street vendor's permit outside of the Central Business District as set out in section 28-106.

(3)

Vending under a special vendor's permit as set out in section 28-107.
